No, cars are to get you from A to B. Anything else you do with them was not their original intended purpose.
Currently in an 8th gen civic which is an entertaining and reliable enough daily. It's reasonable fun in canyons, accelerates ok, hauled 5 people and fully loaded trunk for 1000 miles and up mountain roads no problem, transported a 4AGE and half of an AE86s interior with minimal issue and doesn't make me hate commuting completely. Don't think I'd need more than that in the future. Would consider the new one but it's fairly large and the interior is more generic. It really didn't feel like older civics inside. Hope the new engine makes up for the size.
