While that is true do not forget that the fj, the 70 series and Prado (4 runner state side) are considered landcrusiers in most market data. I can't seem to find global sales for just the 200 model.

The Escalade is more comfortable, faster, gets better mileage, better looking (subjective, but this is the more popular opinion), and kneels to let you enter/is full of other tech like that.

Mine is 4x4 with good all terrains and I've had it on Jeep/ATV trails, in snow over the hood, never been stuck. Yea they're mostly driven by housewives but it's a 4x4 GM truck underneath.
Really the only advantage a Landcruiser has is ground clearance, I wouldn't even attempt rock crawling or crossing more than a 6 inches of water. But like I said, 90%.

As someone who has owned a Suburban and a 100 series cruiser and had them both off road.. I'll take the 100 every day and twice on Sunday. To get a reasonable breakover angle on the Suburban, you've gotta be unreasonably tall.
