How is it numb? I had a loaner 2016 bimmer that felt "numb" because of the new electric power steering but mine has the old hydraulic system. I also have stiffened suspension. I feel every bit of the road (for better or worse) but I'd still argue it rides nicer than their shit while grinding them into dust

BMW, and other German manufacturers, as a brand aren't bad, they set the path for cars in the future (like they made a/c and powersteering a standard in the industry). The drivers can be bad sure, but the same people could be driving a geo metro and no one would say anything.
