Whilst I agree, The E60 M5 is around £10k now and it's really good value for money. The E90 M3 is around £12k and the M6 is around £14k. They represent good value for money.
However, the problem is that they're horrendously unreliable.

We have 3 BMWs in the family. a 525i e39, 320i E90 and 520d F10.
Of those the most fun to drive are the E90 and E39, the F10 feels terrible and gimmicky though the fuel economy is great and the diesel torks are nice.

Where you'd expect the window switch to be, the driver has the power mirror adjust and the passenger has a blank plate. Center window switches are pretty common on global platforms though, less to change when going from LHD to RHD.
