original <40k miles, 2 owners, it was in a garage for 2 years and has no rust except for the rear subframe which is isolated from the rest of the car and its not even bad.

thats the plan. most of the bushings are worn as youd expect so it feels really sloppy so thats first on the list. second is id like to modernize the brakes with disks all the way around. its surprisingly unsafe how it sits.. aside from it being a mini in the first place

if there is anything you need the aftermarket is huge
you could build an entire shell from aftermarket body panels with ease

other spots are the door sills and wheel arches

this is made worse by perished bushings and rubber springs
replace all at once asap

thanks mang. battery hole is clean and the rain rails are perfect. doors and sills are perfect, and the wheel arches have some surface rust near the bottom from rocks and dirt but nothing that cant be fixed in a few hours.
