Power should be in HP for ICE's, and KW for electrics, with a conversion to HP to compare them to ICE's.
Torque should be NM.
Height length should be in centimeters, for practical purposes.
Efficiency should be in km/l. Despite it's logarithmic function (which makes it harder to compare several cars), it's easier for day-to-day calculations.

in milimeters it's by increments of 10x.

10 milimeters are a centimeter
10 centimeters are a decimeter
10 decimeters are a meter
10 meters are a decameter
10 decameters are a hectometer
10 hectometers are a kilometer

and so on.

what's the imperial based on. i seriously can't tell how you guys calculate it or translate one into the other.

also, theres a reason why the U.S.I is the meter.

That's Mega meter, which means 10^6 km. Millimeter is mm.

Also, the symbol for meter is not a capital M, it's m, the same goes for the SI prefix kilo, it's k, not K.

The accepted symbol for miles is mi, exactly to avoid confusion with meters (m) and the SI prefix for mega (M).

Also, we use a "/" to signify per. You don't need the s at the end, it could be confused by a multiplication with seconds.
