Fuck world, get it together
Here what it all should be
Power -KW
Torque - NM
Height/Length - MM
Efficicnecy - L/100KM
>>14738199
>KW
fuck off germany
>>14738222
Australia actually. We use real measurements not fucking imaginary magical power of a fucking horse
>>14738222
Germany uses PS. Australia uses KW
>>14738199
Power should be in HP for ICE's, and KW for electrics, with a conversion to HP to compare them to ICE's.
Torque should be NM.
Height length should be in centimeters, for practical purposes.
Efficiency should be in km/l. Despite it's logarithmic function (which makes it harder to compare several cars), it's easier for day-to-day calculations.

Relate to what? A real horse has about 12 horsepowers. How is that relatable?
The metric system i far more logical and universal.
>>14738251
>0-60 time
0-100 km/h
>weight
in kg
>Towing capacity (if applicable)
in kg

km/L
>Price
In whatever currency relevent to the seller
Use whatever system you want. But i'd like to see anyone come up with a reasonable argument to why the imperial system is better.
>>14738673
towing is only done in America so it should be pounds
>>14738743
What? Are you high or something?
>>14738711
This by a mile, fehrnheit makes no fucking sense what so ever, but millimeters are also pretty stupid but precise, while imperial measuring is far easier and faster to decipher.
>tl;dr imperial is only good for cutting wood and building
>>14738743
KEK

Murrica doesn't have no fucking ice roads eh bud.
>>14738779
imperial measuring seems to make sense to you because you were raised in burgerland, but let me tell you, it makes none.
wtf kind of arbitrary shit is that?
in milimeters it's by increments of 10x.
10 milimeters are a centimeter
10 centimeters are a decimeter
10 decimeters are a meter
10 meters are a decameter
10 decameters are a hectometer
10 hectometers are a kilometer
and so on.
what's the imperial based on. i seriously can't tell how you guys calculate it or translate one into the other.
also, theres a reason why the U.S.I is the meter.
>>14738743
u fkOn w0t m8?
>imperial
literally subhuman-tier
>>14738673
>not L/100km
are you even trying?
Imperial is good for precisely one thing and that's measuring outside temperature, because 0 is really fucking cold and 100 is really fucking hot as opposed to 23-27 or whatever the fuck those are in centigrade.
>>14738779
>imperial is only good for cutting wood and building
It's only good for the primary things measurements are used for and what our society is built for.
>is this 1.5mm long or 1/16th of an inch?
Using fucking fractions for your measurments america, fucking hell.
I'm sorry, I've looked for a chance to post it
>>14738854
Canadaland actually so I use both frequently, I know how it works. Fractions are just simpler than a fuck load of numbers,
>>14738877
>americans
in centrigrade water boils at 100 and freezes at 0
how isn't this more practical than farenheit?
>>14736572
>and if you twist those wheels just right, she'll love you back
>>14738877
>really fucking
Nice objective description
>>14738877
are you retarded?
in centigrade, 0 is the freezing point of water.
if it's 5º C, it's five degrees above the freezing point of Water
how the fuck am i suposed to know the temperature if i the point of freezing for water is some random number like 180?
>>14738877
>100° F
>really fucking hot
lol
>>14738889
in what twisted mind?
also, you do realise you can just exponentiate.
>>14738660
watts aren't really any more relatable though
no power output measurment to a car will be relatable. just fucking pick the one you like the most
>>14738908
> how the fuck am i suposed to know the temperature if i the point of freezing for water is some random number like 180?
If you have this much trouble with it, I'm not sure any answer could help you. Go read a math book.
>>14738921
I don't know what that word means so therefore I will not do it.
>tape measure 4lyfe

highly composite numbers

there it is, he admits he's clinically retarded

>MM
That's Mega meter, which means 10^6 km. Millimeter is mm.
Also, the symbol for meter is not a capital M, it's m, the same goes for the SI prefix kilo, it's k, not K.
>>14738673
>Mpgs
The accepted symbol for miles is mi, exactly to avoid confusion with meters (m) and the SI prefix for mega (M).
Also, we use a "/" to signify per. You don't need the s at the end, it could be confused by a multiplication with seconds.
So mi/g
>>14739160
And I forgot the damn gallons, which have the symbol gal, to not be not confused with grams, or with the symbol for giga (G).
So, actually, mi/gal
