Vauxhall Corsa.
I'd go with, "1925 Ford Model T" if I was guessing. Early Fords only came in black, so that's always a good hint if you see a black car from prior to 1930.

The earliest Model Ts weren't available in black at all.
From 1908 to 1913 you could only get one in red, blue, green or grey.
