>Crank the engine 6 times
>Go back out to look at meter
>Smell strong scent of gasoline
>Realize I forgot to disconnect the fuel injectors

There is gasoline all over the engine bay now.

what the fuck do I do now? It's literally everywhere. I don't want to drive the car and have it catch on fire something

Gas evaporates nearly instantaneously when it makes contact with anything hot. I wouldn't worry about it unless you see it pooling, in which case try to soak it up with some rags and let it dry up.

you only need to pull the electrical connector on the injectors. they still remain in place and connected to fuel line/rail

I just pull the fuel pump fuse, way faster

This is only the case with injection though. On an mech FP carb setup, you have to pull the fuel inlet line or you will have an internal carb gasket blow (experience talking, not proud but meh)
