Its a commercial vehicle, plate registration for these usually run around $1,200 a year.
Insurance is also very expensive.

offer 4$ because you ''know what it's worth and it's a piece of shit but it looked not so shitty in the pictures and it's not the color you are looking for''

you can register commercial vehicles as personal vehicles if they're not used for commercial purpose
where i live at least
$3k for a hole neet appartement. not bad.
you'd need to cut in some windows tho.
Hijacking this thread
I want to buy something like pic related to use as a "party" or road trip van. They usually go for pennies in my area.
I'd buy bucket seats on eBay or Craigslist or something and bolt and weld them to the bottom, add some windows, and add some speakers.
I'd just want 4 seats so there would still be a big back area and I could put stuff in it to go camping with a few friends.
I'd it legal to add seats and then just put like a racing harness as a seatbelt or something?

yes, but the plate registration for a box truck is still in the thousands.
my freind owns an FL70 built on a 29,000lb frame. Illinois wants $1,200 a year even though its for personal use, no longer DOT, and technically no longer a commercial vehicle.

Would buy just to turn into an undercover getaway home. Those things are quite roomy inside aren't they?
But a van might be the better way to go tbqh.
