Who drifts what?
>>14728416
I drift my dick in-n-out of ur mum
wouldn't surprise me.
>>14728416
I used to when I owned a supercharged MX5. Now I own a FWD car though so no more drifting.
>>14728462
same here, minus the whole forced induction part.
I miss it, might be getting into an S-Chassis soon though
>>14728416
I drift my car. Awesome thread.
>>14728416
what is that car? Looks like every other white sedan from japan made in the early to mid 90s
>>14728929
Toyota Mark II GX81 Converted to 1JZ
I can't afford to drift my car.
>>14728997
I'm assuming I could get one here in Australia, it's right drive and that VB mat on the dash
>>14729125
good luck. Closest thing in aux thats easy to get is a cressida.
i only know of maybe 5-7 in qld.
I do lots of handbreak turns in a 2014 TDI Jetta does that count lmao
I mean drifring is cool and all and yeah it takes some skill and it opens a couple windows in terms of skill set and driving capabillities but at the end of the day you're going through clutches, tires, bearings, suspension shit whatever kind of suspension you have yadda yadda. Besides... what's not to love about a beautifully apexed turn through a long, open, flat s bend.?
I drift this boat around
Only if it's raining or has snowed though
It's not a dedicated drifter, but it drifts on occasion. That counts right?

>How do you drift that, which has no torque.
Jk, i fucking love FDs and rotaries in general, but i'll probably never buy one again, after i fucked myself over with an rx8 when i could have bought an s2k.
ohai brett

You fucked up dude. The 8's are utter shit, Ford saw to that. Meanwhile, I've been dailying my FD for over 2 years now
Besides, torque is sort of irrelevant when you're in the higher revs, which you should be if you're driving a rotary.

The 8 was fun for a while but it didn't suit my lifestyle at the time, which was to wake up 15 minutes before school, hop in the car and get there in 10 minutes averaging around 90-100km, then get off school and proceed to do the same to get to work, this time on the freeway with more speed, then take the backroad/mountain pass on my way home. Doing that in the rx8 meant i had wake up earlier and fire the car up as soon as i opened my eyes to warm up the wankel and hope no one jacks it from my driveway, then stop at a fuel station and fill up, then warm it up again once i leave for work, get home and top up the oil. I put around 50k km on the clock in a year and spent more in fuel and oil than i paid for the car.
I drift this thing when its not broken
>>14730858
Good luck with that
>>14728416
No one here drifts.
Or of they do, they don't talk about it because /o/ will make fun of you for having fun.
I used to in my work vehicle but was told to stop because it was unsettling for the passengers.
So I want to start Drifting
What's a good car to learn on?
I only drift when it's raining, we'll go at 2-3 in the morning and either fuck around in a big parking lot or drift turns / corners in the city when we see there isn't anyone around. Drifting in the mountains seems like it'd be too dangerous, I know people that do it and it seems like a really easy way to fly off the side of a cliff.

miata
240sx
anything rwd and manual with 100+ horsepower
>>14728416
I drift in my dad's tofu delivery car every morning on the mountain pass Its really old and I've never heard of the car company it says trueno on the front idk
>>14731433
Just try to get something reliable, low miles, non swapped ect. There's nothing worse then going through all the trouble of preparing and paying for an event, only to have to leave a couple runs in because your car broke down.

Dogumi pls
Drift that lambo at the Nurburgring. It is the greatest experience ever. Going to the Nurburgring is amazing go if you can.

why not try the mcdonald's trays under the rear tires trick for you FD's out there?
