I prefer the idea of a C5 coupe over a C6 Z06 for a daily driver. 500 horsepower is honestly at least 300 more horsepower than a person with my driving ability even deserves to have. I like the idea of a removable roof and the LS1 is probably the single greatest engine you could have as an amateur low budget tuner.
LSx engines tend to blow the fuck up pretty often on the track, and 500hp is more than enough power.
I'd rather have a 996/997 Turbo honestly.
