I understand what you are saying and design is up to personal preference. I love civic's design and to me it is quite attractive. Civic is a good car, for a good price, and i have no doubts it will sell like hotcakes especially the new models they will launch soon. I hope I will be able to afford one next year when sales start.

I dont think cars should be as small as possible. Personally, I think the perfect sized Civic was the 7th gen 2001-2005 model.The first generation BMW Mini I thought was the perfect size. I didn't mind the 2007 redesign being slightly bigger, but the most recent redesign is too big because it's no longer Mini.

It used to be a cheap, light, reliable, small shit box that didn't look half bad and was genuinely a good purchase because it didn't try to be anything more.
