The old AVUS did way back in the day, but it proved to be a bit of a deathrap because if you swung wide you'd fly over the top. By the end of its lifetime most races omitted the banked curve.

Formula 1 had a boost button a few years back that you could only activate in certain zones which is kinda close, I dunno if they still have it.

f1 has drs nowadays, accomplishes basically the same thing. indycar runs push to pass on roadcourses these days too. p2p used to annoy the shit out of me back before it was changed so that nobody except the team and driver knew how many you had left.
