What's the best car for going to the beach with? I know you can hose out a wrangler, are there any other cars like that? I'm sick of having sand all over everything.

strip out any old car and remove the doors.. do some minor water proofing to the underbits of the dash i spose.

Base model rangers also have rubber floors so they can be hosed out.

this guy has the right idea. The Honda Element had a modular interior you could hose off, used the chassis of the second gen Honda CR-V (which itself was based off the 7th gen Civic), and came standard with a K24 engine.
The only thing I never like were the early models that didn't get painted fenders.
Of it also got RX-8/Ion Quad-coupe style doors!
What's not to love?
