What emulator? I use psxfin which features "original" (as in just as bad as on a console) graphics and sometimes has some glitchy engine sound, but in return you could probably ruin this crap on a toaster.

Windows 10 is good and actually more resource efficient too. It's already bad enough we had to skip 9 for the same reason Vista had to go to 7.
