Thinking about getting an 07 Audi A4. Its got a 3.1L V6, 6 speed 95K on the meter. Know around this mileage I should probably do full check on the engine (I hear ignition coil overs and spark plugs go bad). Opinions?

yes op just make sure to check those ignition coil overs. replace your stock audi ones with billsteins and you will never have to worry about misfires again.
