As always it depends on where you live. In big cities you can find apartments for the same money you could get the better part of a house with in just a year or two in rural areas

Why is there not a NEET option for guys like me? Unemployed implies a desire to be employed.
Day job nets me $32k/yr, business nets me varying amounts so don't really count that as income.
