Yes, it's a small turbo. No, you shouldn't put it on your shitbox.
The shaft bearings are probably had and the compressor likely tire up the housing.
Not to mention you could only use it efficiently with a sub 2.0l engine due to its size and efficiency range.

That's quite the find OP! This is a turbo out of a 2003 Geo Metro R with the very rare 3 cylinder 1.0t. The turbo would be useless on nearly anything else, but could fetch a pretty penny on ebay! Please continue posting pics as Ive not seen one of these in nearly a decade.
