So I'm talking to a guy about a 1998 540i. 134K miles, carfax is clean, got a PPI done and it says everything is good except:
P0300 - Multiple misfire detected
P0306 - Cylinder 6 misfire
It also says it has a "considerable" oil leaks evident: "definitely valve covers, possible oil pan."
"Heavy power steering fluid leak: P/S pump and pressure lines, possible return lines"
Now, i found a couple of write ups for it and I have tools, shouldn't be too hard of a job.
He says 6k firm. What do I do. After i told him results of the PPI he said he would purchase the parts and send them with the car (I am getting it shipped)

6k for <99 e39 with misfires and horrible oil leaks. Firned got e60 530 for that money.
