2005 chrysler sebring
Sometimes my car won't turn on and I'll have to wait and hour or so before it does. And when it does start half the time I can't go over 2 1/4 rpm or the car will rock back and forth. It won't go over 2 1/4 rpm during those moments, I think it might be the engine skipping on some process but i'm not sure, I'm a complete noob to cars.

Fuel pump, my truck is doing the same thing every once and awhile on me (2007 Mitsubishi Raider), use it as an excuse to get a new DD like I did.

A DD is a daily driver. To replace the fuel pump, if I remember correctly, you should have an access panel under the back seat of the sedan and coupe. Take your car to the shop, pay the man at the counter, wait around, drive home.
