Post up your fave, Unicorns, Rare, Uncommon Cars and anything else like that... Mine is Saab
Kind of rare, dont see many in comparison to normal M cars and such

B5.5 Passat W8 wagons.
Torque convert + auto transmissions implode.
Cam adjusters fail throwing an interference engine out of time
Major issues with moonroof leaks.
Still a VW.
But man I love that car. 2004 in dark blue on black? Yes please.
Next choice is a 2001 BMW 750iL. Because V12, and comfy as fuck.
tdi wagons w/ manuals
>tfw got one of 2 for sale on the west coast at the time

tdiwagonanon here, did u say '01 750?
cuz i gots sum of dat to
>>14684505
Because they're heavy...
Coupé: 1,925 kg (4,244 lb)
Convertible: 2,055 kg (4,531 lb)
Gran Coupé: 1,950 kg (4,299 lb)

I've owned both as well. I sold my W8 wagon when I bought my '08 535xit. Loved the E61.
Unfortunately I put too many miles on a car (1000+ /week) to daily another 750...
>>14684516
I'm so tempted to get a stupid-high milage (full papers) 750 for dirt cheap and ride it, just for fun. They're around 1500 to 2000€ here for a decently kept one at 400+k km

>tfw have 4 cars so i don't put many miles on any of them
>calculated maintenance and repairs at over $1/mile
i feel you

Don't know if this counts or not but it is rare and a unicorn and i don't think they are very popular.
They were doing pretty interesting stuff with their cars and i feel like if they only had a bigger budget they probably would still be making very lightweight super-peformance cars. (they were also involved briefly in motor-sport)

Wish Mosler had taken off the way Koenigsegg did. who knows what they'd be making now if people were buying their cars in droves...

>B5 Passat
>anything but the most common fucking piece of garbage contaminating the road
You're not from Eastern Europe, are you?
>>14684589
The W8 is pretty rare.
>>14684592
Well, yeah but the engine doesn't make up for what this car is in itself.
