Highest compression gasoline engines ever available on the market by a LOOOONG margin
Better real life economy than shitty downsized turbo engines which are designed to look good in manufacturer testing and manufacturer testing only.

>Highest compression gasoline engines ever available on the market by a LOOOONG margin

Maybe there's a reason for that? High comp motorcycle engines have been around for ages.

I still have yet to see any long term (4+) years on these skyactive engines. I have visions of premature wear and replacements every 100k miles, which isn't very "green".
>>
>>14683471
You're dumb
>>
>>14683444
>no power, taking into account the displacement

Yeah, I think I'll keep my turbos.

enjoy your 75hp turbo diesels, eurocuck
>>

b-but muh torks
>>
>>14683514
85hp, excuse me.
Still more torks and better empeegees.

Also,

You all need to get out more.
>>
>>14683541
They are purely economy engines and not orientated for performance in any way
I'm sorry some people on /o/ have trouble understanding this. Go back to getting 8mpg in your big block caddy that is slower than the lowest powered mazdas currently available :^)
>>
>>14683557
Then why are you bragging about those engines having an higher compression and being N/A when turbocharged engines are way more efficient and powerful?

40mpg /real world/ without autistic hypermilling garbage tyvm, let's see a turbo gas engine do that

yeah but an evo only gets 12mpg in the city :^)

Check the 0.9 twin air. It's also more powerful and more torks.

Also 12 seconds to 100kmh oh my lord
It probably gets 15mpg trying to keep up with traffic roflmao

It's actually 105hp. Learn to google.

>>14683624
>145Nm from a 0.9
>150Nm from a 1.5

But hey, we can always compare the 1.5 skyactiv to the 1.4 multi air, but that would too humiliating.

>>14683667
It's a reliable and efficient engine, don't know what you're on about.
>>
>>14683681
Here in freedom land. We have a 2.0 and 2.5
Fuck off trying to talk shit with a small engine only offered in your third world country.
>>
>>14683681
Google says 85hp. We can also compare to the 270hp skyactiv engine that also gets 40mpg without the slightest bit of effort?

> fiat turbo engine
> reliable
Enough with the buyers remorse, eurocuck
>>
>>14683695
The 1.5 is the only version available in the first world.

>>14683708
>Google says 85hp.
Learn to use it, then.

>We can also compare to the 270hp skyactiv engine that also gets 40mpg without the slightest bit of effort?
kek, sure

>Enough with the buyers remorse, eurocuck
kek, this coming from a a guy who's shilling the brand that used to shove wankels on the market.

You mean the one that dyno's at less than 200hp. I'm sure the MPG figures aren't exaggerated as hell as well...
>>

No it's not.
