I'm looking for a sporty 2 seater from $8,000 to $12,000

I've found a 350Z near me with around 70k miles, but I'm worried the insurance will be insane.

What would /o/ get as a sporty daily driver. (The city I live in has a good bus system, so) it's mainly for dates and the occasional big grocery trip/going out of town.

Can't for much groceries in that thing. Insurance will be shit especially if you're young which I assume you are. Living with parents still? College? Just accept that you aren't financially ready for that kind of car while still holding new adult responsibilities.

Theres not much interior room in it at all so good luck fitting groceries in it.

Ive driven a TT 350z through a chainlink fence once, was laff

I live alone, so I don't get that many groceries. I've test driven it and I think there's enough interior space for what I need, I just worry about the payments because I'm still in my early twenties.

I worry about them being reliable if they're older. Before I got the job I had now, I drove an old beater, and it was in the shop every other week, so I'd really prefer to get something that I know will run without problems.

Miata with turbo.

I've looked at those, but haven't test driven, or even sat in any other than the Miata and it was too cramped.

Are they cramped for people over 6'?

Only if you're fat. If you're reasonably fit, you'll fit fine up until 6'5 territory at which point you will need tall guy mods like new seats and visor deletes.

Not a good idea to retract the soft top while it's still wet, you're dripping into the fabric in the trunk, might get mold.

Are you talking about the Miata or the other cars?

I've test driven a Miata and at 6'1 and 175 it was too small. No way someone 6'5 is sitting in there comfortably.
