Hey /o/ I have a problem. I have an 02 wrx and I can't pump gas into it full throttle. I have to barely trickle it in or else it bubbles up like it's filled. The research I did said if that's the issue its the evap purge solenoid but I don't have a cel and the ones I looked at did. Thoughts? Pic unrelated

Maybe it's clogged. This happened to me once turns out the owner of the car broke off a nozzle into it.
