Went in the gym today to do a chest work out. While I was doing dumbbell press I noticed my right side was significantly weaker than my left - no pain, just the inability to keep up with the left for the first time ever. I then realized I could barely flex my right Lat and pec.. Any idea what the problem could be? I did a heavy back workout last week and I can't help but think that caused it.

Does it matter? I have a master's in Kinesiology, and regardless of the reason for weakness, the first recommendation will be rest.
Take a week off and recover. If you experience pain, or the weakness does not subside, see a doctor. Otherwise, just stop overthinking it and give yourself time to recover.
