also, i wouldn't like to ask for an S class/LS600/A8/7 series because i feel like they're too expensive and too much for one person

so my choices right now are: S400, Range Rover Sport, Land Rover 4, Escalade or just go full stealth mode with a CC

You want something big. I would value legroom over luxury unless you're a manlet. So basically look at full sized sedans and mid/full sized SUVs

The rear headroom and legroom can be a bit of an issue and its a pain in the ass to get out of the back seat if you are taller than 5'9''
Not to mention the US Passat still has more rear legroom then the CC

If you're in Mexico a Jaguar XF, Audi A6, Infiniti Q70, Mercedes E-Class or Buick Lacrosse are all good choices within your budget. Even a C-Class or 3 series may fit your needs. They're fairly spacious for their size.
The Q70 is very underrated, seats are extremely comfy and as it's a Nissan product will be fairly cheap to maintain compared to the other options. They're more fun to drive too. Mercedes and Audi are setting up a bunch of manufacturing in Mexico right now so their market segment and therefore ease of maintenance should increase soon as well.
Though it fits the segment I wouldn't recommend a BMW 5 series. They're overpriced in Mexico and unreliable, so unless you're in DF or Edomex where they're very numerous they'll be a nightmare to maintain. If you don't care about looking rich but still want comfort an Acura TLX or RLX, Buick Lacrosse or upcoming Volvo S90 are good choices too.
For pure comfort just go with the E-Class or S90. For reliability go for the Q70 or Acura models.
