I didn't feel "unsafe" when I crept up to 120-130 inadvertently, but I did feel unsafe staring at my speedometer every few seconds instead of the road whenever I passed a parked car.
It pisses me off that people just don't give a shit. It used to be you had a 3km/h leeway before you got fined for speeding. That was already insane, but without a word they lowered it to 2km/h. Going 25km/h over the limit, or any speed over 130 is an instant conviction (i.e. on your criminal record). And nobody seems bothered by this.
