G35 and 350z use the same underpowered and oil drinking VQ or VH or whatever engine designation.
The RX8 is a rotary and unlike the RX7 it can't be turbocharged because it's designed even worse and the compression is too high to do anything with it.

And the car weighs a ton and a half, its by no means light.
It's more of a straight line/drag car than a track car and that's where Nissan fucked up with it.

Not swifts but if it's your second car then an rx7 would be better than an rx8 simply because the rx 8 trades some sportiness for practicality. It was suppose to be a everyday driver rotary while the rx 7 is a sports car. I wouldn't go for an fb though, a nice fc will be a world better and still in your price range.
