Let me explain how this chart works:

A dumb bitch somewhere in America has a malfunction with the infoainment system, bluetooth is not correctly working perhaps it's something that can be easily fixed with a software firmware upgrade.

Bitch cries at Jd power, basically reporting the problem she had with "the car" and they add +1 at their problems chart for the X maker.

tl;dr = that's the dumbest chart ever to define reliability.

BONUS = In germany there's a similar idiot chart, made by ADAC and basically for raising the index you have to call their road assistance service (it's the state agency) and let the car to be repaired...if you don't do this, like if you go to your dealer to get the car repaired nothing would happen.
