Looking at this southern driven 2006 4runner with 142k on the odo. I'm offering $10.5k, is that an okay deal? The only negative is that it doesn't have a sunroof. Gonna lift it and put some better tires on.

if you're happy paying that then it's a good deal. Don't listen to them. Xterras have shitty interior quality and are worse DDs. Toyota tax means you pay more but it also doesn't depreciate as bad.

I've owned a Nissan hardbody and an xterra. Both manual, both outstanding and reliable.
Can't speak for cars, but their trucks are great.
