NASCAR eXtreme

V1-Vettel wins lol by racing the other drivers on their horse and buggy

Absolute madman
so Aussie Nascar?
It was Reddit-tire.
Why can't we just make TrackMania into a real thing?
>>14592588
nascar with no power rules
let innovation and money win
I had a crazy idea a while back for a Crown Vic racing league. With so many police departments and taxi cabs moving on to more modern cars, I figured there'd be a lot of used Crown Vics available for whatever.
The idea was that nothing externally visible could change, so they all still look like Crown Vics, but teams could do whatever they want internally.
Automotive Triathlon.
30 miles rally special stage on a dirt, gravel, or snow covered road.
Then the two from rally car have to get on motorcycles and race a 100 mile road course.
Finally, both of racers get into a two man touring car. For a 200 mile road course.

Fuck that, make Distance a real thing.

Sure, let's get right on that.
I don't think OP's idea was for 3000 years in the future...
Everything in TrackMania could be built and executed today with enough money. Building race courses like this would also be a great jobs program. The government can give tax breaks.

Sounds good. NASCAR ran an exhibition race at the Calder Park Thunderdome back in the 1980's and I'd love to see that track get rebuilt to modern standards.
Multiple class racing
>trucks and sedans on track competing
>>14593505
Isnt this nascar?
>>14593547
Would never happen though because think of the children
>>14593505
Better to keep internals same. Kinda ruins the surplus idea otherwise.
Have two packs of nascars go both ways at the same time
>>14594470
>400mph+ head-on crashes
would watch the carnage/10
>>14592588
So basically just run Nascar backwards?
>>14594448
What child wouldn't want to watch cars drive on walls, fly off cliffs, do loops, and skip over water?
Children are like... the target audience.
It would be pretty cool to see a Cruiser based Motorcycle series. Something to contrast with the Electronics and Engineering of MotoGP.
I'm surprised that Semi truck racing isn't more popular in the US but I dunno.

shit
this would be called "Shifting Into OverDrift" and would be focused entirely on having the longest, most complex drift course, and would have judges that would rate the drift. Handbrakes are outlawed.
>>14592588
You mean like this? Don't quit your day-job, OP.
Nascar with a figure-eight track
NASCAR really only needs 90 degree banking and jumps tbqh
>>14592588
pod racing.
Who doesn't want to see amateur/enthusiast made jet engines tethered to cars with sleds welded on?
The greatest race of our times.
Anything is allowed, only restriction is power to weight. Everything from lightweight 1.5L cars to pigfat 10L american cars to motorbikes.

lel
Shitbox league. All cars must be a shitbox, bodywork cant change so no bodykits or spoilers unless its stock. Engine must contain the original block but all else is fair game. No displacement changes
It would be great, corollas flying around the track with massive turbos.
