Sometimes you need a larger vehicle to do your job properly. And in order to do some jobs you need to be lifted as high as possible. The cost of these trucks keep just anybody from driving one, you have to have good credit to finance one.
Some people complain that because of there size they are dangerous, but I don't agree. A real working mans truck.

I have a truck and its not raised. I actually use it for work and hauling things. They drive it around with flashing sighs and taking up two spots at Walmart parking lots.
I keep distance from smaller vehicles, when I'm in my sports car they ride me like they can keep up. ( I always leave them behind listening to their shitty engines try and keep up.
