Well with that pic it's owned by one of those "JDM tyte" faggots who imports stuff only sold in Japan just because it was only sold in Japan. It's really common among Honda cars to see an early 90s something (usually a civic or Prelude) listed for 5 grand because they put a Japanese engine in.
If it's not a gay ass Honda with different miles on the OEM motor, then someone along the way didn't properly care for the car and the engine died. Would be careful on those, because it means they didn't take care of the body either
