I drive a gen1 xB so its a fairly small and assuming car, nothing that would street race.
I've had multiple ricers pull up to me revving though, and when they do I blast my truck horn that I have installed. 90% of the time I watch them literally jump in their seat and usually the car starts rolling until they can gain composure again.
The other 10% of the time they get pissed off and start screaming at me and when that happens I just lay on the horn until they stop.
Its pretty great.
