25k can get you a Z4M Coupe depending on market or def a Z4M Roadster. Amazing handling. Amazing engine. I was in the same boat as you liking little cars and considered the 370Z but it wasn't upscale enough imo. Same prob with corvettes in my price range. For 25k you can get an older 911 carrera tho.

Dont get a new vette then, maybe a C5 or a C6, Lotus Elise are kinda slow and expensive, also hard to maintain.
911 if you want new you might as well throw 50k out of the window, Z4 roadster is a nice car, but i suggest you to keep your S2K. Become like Godhand, become good with it.

You really need to drive more different cars. The S2000 was nice, but the weebs tend to overrate it. It handles nice, but the engine is painfully anemic.

Ahhh the FD, its nice, powerful handles well. But lacks a few things I'd like number one being from the current century. And #2 being lol apex seals. But the FD is a great car, its just getting old in its years

Yeah you wouldn't stand a chance against the M. No offense but it has over 100hp on you and some great suspension. I highly recommend you look into M3 and Z4 Ms for your price range of 25k. You'll be able to find a pristine low mileage example and they are the clear upgrade to an S2K.
