There was a scene in 2 Fast 2 Furious where they drive into a garage while running from the cops, and when the garage opens, a ton of tuners come out and distract the cops while Paul Walker and loud black guy get away. There were a bunch of MR2 spyders in that scene.
The only one that comes to mind is Fast and Furious for the 11+ WRX. But there's that Hawkeye in Chappie and a Blobeye in Hot Fuzz

Probably very few. The SRT4 Neon was pretty well known in games, but I think most Neons are Dodge branded rather than Chrysler, so I would say at best it would be an extra in a city traffic scene of some sort.
