There's an abandoned airstrip near where I live that I went to today to have some fun on the snow. Some lady with kids came along and started recording me so I GTFO of there. The question is, could I theoretically get in trouble if she reported me to the police? She didn't record me ripping any hektik skidz, I'm not even sure she recorded anything but if she did, she only got the part where I was calmly leaving the strip.
Nothing will happen when it comes to her recording you, but it's probably trespassing. I'm sure the police would just come and tell ya to get out if did come while you were driftin around

One time I was doing willies on my CRF behind a Barnes and Noble at like 11PM and I see some truck pull up. I thought it was security but it was a Lexus truck. You can still be charged for trespassing on public land if entry is not permitted. They'd have to post clear signs and make it known, though.
It's like going into a government building. It's technically public land and public property, but you can't just go wherever you want in there. Certain areas are marked for public, and others are not.

Yeah I tried to avoid those people and performed my act safely. I just don't understand what her problem was. I was not being a danger to anyone, my exhaust is not loud so I wasn't disturbing anyone's peace and I drove away from the city not to put anyone in danger. Unless it was a misunderstanding because she might have been just recording me for fun but I doubt that. This was literally the first time that I saw someone on foot at the strip. I've seen other people trying to be hektik like this guy in a E36 Compact with like a 1.6 or 1.8 who thought with that small of an engine it's enough to just step on the gas instead of revving on clutch and "burning out" while going sideways or this guy in a Polo. Also, I remembered that when I was little I went there with my dad in his Mk. II Golf and he was doing handbrake skidz in summer which you can tell how pathetic was and there used to be 1/4 mile races organised there too. For now I'll just keep going there until I'm asked to leave and never come back. Or until I crash which is more likely.

People get uppity for no reason. All the back roads where I used to live had people dumping mud to block them off so kids couldnt hectik skid.
