Who /rotary/ here?
Want to get an SA22 or FB. What should I be looking out for?
>>14224516
The rotary
>>14224548
but i want magic triangles
>>14224516
On cars that old.
Rust
Weird repairs
Rubber parts
The engines themselves are bulletproof

This

>>14224635
What I want to eventually do on it is a renesis swap.
For now i'll be happy with the 12A.
>>14224678
>renesis
Why?
It's the worst and most expensive.
Do this instead>
>T2 block
>S5 rotors
>S5 stat gears
>light flywheel
High comp, high revving, simple and badass
Seen them dyno 200whp NA
>>14224738
I like having the idea of having a more modern injected rotary
>>14224936
What's the difference?
>>14224948
i wanna be speshul snowflake
>>14224958
I'll assume you're not OP
But in case you are.
That's fucking stupid
>>14224967
I am op.
Also it's been done a few times and reliability mods for the renesis are documented
>>14224993
I'm aware.
You can spend money how you like.
Just saying, its not worth it
>>14225002
okay. that's still in the future.
for now i'd either stick with the 12A or drop an n/a 13B in
>>14224516
Solid engines. Worry about all the other niggles
>>14224606
This.
>>14224738
This also. For the price of a renesis you can buy a well worked 12a/13b with only a handful of hours on it and makes more power. Though it wont be as reliable. But you dont have to deal with the headache of a renesis swap, so theres that.
