My friend is offering me an 89 240sx shell for $400. It has the ka24e motor with it but needs a head gasket. Would I be able to buy it for $400 and then flip it for more selling the shell and motor separate or just part it out?

It's not as bad as it was before my friend fixed it somewhat. The bumper and fenders line up with the hood pretty straight. It seems like the previous owner tried to drift it a lot and was really bad at it
