There's a Mexican dude in my town with a 3000GT VR4 that has the worst body kit I've ever seen and the most retarded black and yellow paint scheme.
It looks like complete shit, right down to the spoiler that's taller than the actual car but it's actually fast as fuck, so I dunno if you can call it rice.

i don't have a picture but i often see the following:
- a tiny shitbox like a matiz or one of those tiny, old, peugeots with foil, tinted windows and plastic spoilers
- 90's 3 series bmw's stanced, tuned and if not. there was this one guy who had one of those 3 doors, it was red, stock rims, some stickers that said brembo, nx, bbs, even tho you could figure out, he didn't have any parts from that manufacturer on his car; tinted windows, a NFSU-like vinyl, and a huge spoiler that made no sense, because his bmw was FWD
-taxi drivers tuning their cabs, even tough that doesn't help at all with doing your job as a taxi driver
-trucks, with a million pieces of shit on the windshield
-old cars with every kind of shitty parts you can buy at every gas station. there's this one guy in town, he placed a nike sticker, but upside down above the back wheels
