Just bought a used 2006 Volvo s60 2.5t. Anyone know anything about this car. Personal reviews. Reliable? Have you owned a Volvo before?
why are there so many volvo fags on this board
I own a V70.
I hope you're ready for electronics and transmission to become an issue at 200k miles.

Not that I know of.
My wagon has incredibly high mileage. Shit gets old and has to be replaced.
Here's some of the things that I need to work/worked on:
>Right blinker blinks irregularly
>Alternator replacement
>STC and ABS sensors throw a fit, but both work fine.
>Lights replaced
>Transmission comes off as kinda janky, there's supposed to be some feature on Volvos where they default to neutral when fully stopped. An older transmission will come off kinda laggy and will sometimes jerk when in the middle of traffic.
>Center console overheats when running heat.
All in all, it was better than the Jeep Liberty I drove beforehand. I'd get a Volvo again.

Will faggots ever learn.

'05 S60R owner here. i've had it for 80,000 miles and are at 150k. my s60 is a hell of a lot more finnicky than yours so all you need to do to keep that thing running perfectly is:
>use 91/93 octane gas
>trans flush every 100k and the trans will run forever contrary to what the faggot above me said
>oil change every 5k
>when you replace shit, use only oem and it will last much longer
and you should be just fine.

>make a thread inquiring about cars you're CURRENTLY shopping for
>no replies
Will faggots ever teach.

Noises from the front. as in squeaks from the springs, nothing "bad" just annoying. And like

A trans flush is a must. People neglect that part, and the trans in the S60 will show, thats it never has gotten a oil flush.
Also dont do like one friend of mine, and only pour 4L (standard size jug) of oil, and call it a day. these engines need 5.8L
