I'm desperate /o/
I have a 2008 FA5, 145k miles (clutch replaced at ~135k miles) that I have to force into gear when the engine is running.
My problems started about two weeks ago, on the coldest day of the season (I uploaded an ECU tune just before the problem happened, but I don't think that would affect clutch because it's a hydraulic system). When the engine isn't running, it goes into gear perfectly. Transmission doesn't make any noises or smells when the car is running. When I do get it into gear with the engine running, the car shudders as if it's about to stall. It sometimes grinds when I try to put it into gear (maybe 1 out of every 5 attempts). It feels like the clutch isn't fully disengaging. Got the car a few months ago (didn't look at fluids, newbie mistake) and the brake fluid/clutch fluid looks like it's never been bled. I've replaced the CMC and slave cylinder and bled multiple times. Still i have the same problem. I'll be changing the transmission fluid tomorrow.
Help? Could I have a bad throw out? Could the linkage be causing this problem? Clutch pedal adjustment?
