Couldn't grab a photo in time, but just saw a 280ZX in a parking lot while watching the Tournament of Roses Parade coverage on KTLA5.
So here are my plans for the 260z this winter to improve some of the handling for next summer and to get rid of some gremlins, let me know if its a good one with a reasonable budget in mind:
1) Rebuild the 240z SU carbs and have them restored
2) BC Coilovers
3) New MSA 1" front sway bar/endlinks, 7/8" rear swaybar/endlinks with new bushings
4) New 15x8 wheels with 225/50/15 summer tires
5) Front strut tower "A" chassis reinforcement from TechnoTuning
6) Rear strut tower "A" chassis reinforcement from TechnoTuning
I think these would hit some of the key weaknesses of my car, any opinions or is there a must have upgrade to promote better handling. I already have upgraded the radiator, removed the smog emission bits, new belts, etc so general maintenance besides the carbs is done hence why I am rebuilding those.

Sounds like a solid setup m8, the only other thing I can suggest is that you replace aaaaaaall the bushings with a set of polyurethane bushings, except the tie rod bushings (you want rubber for those, with polyurethane bushings the tie rods have been known to snap)
