If you were dumb enough to run your car dry enough on coolant or oil to stall it you probably wouldn't have spare fluids and be the tool carrying type, unless there was a toolkit you never knew about tucked in with the spare tire. The situation is unrealistic.

well if it was my car when my alt seized up 2 miles from my destination, I removed the belt.

In an emergency situation, i would piss in the radiator so theres fluids and drink the coolant to not dehydrate
For the engine oil, i can top it off by tipping my fedora upside down letting the grease deposits into my engine
As for the engine breaking down id just call my mom to pick me up they wouldn't just leave me out here to die

I drove my 91 auto tercel with 300k another 50k with a badly blown head gasket (empty bottle and oil like mayo) all I did was out in new antifreeze every time I drove and drained a quart of oil onece a month to add more even now that I drive new reliable cars I keep a gallon of anti freeze in my trunk so getting home or let alone a service station would be a piece of cake
