Fuck you I like it Thread
I don't care what anyone says, this car is sexy af
So much usefulness
The wagon looks terrible and everyone should be ashamed for liking it more
>>14133717
what the fuck is that a fake rokon?
the xt is a cool car i think? i dunno.
its light enough
that digi dash though
>>14133718
Is this car FWD or FWD or AWD?
>>14133643
You are not alone
Broke records when it came out (fastest FWD 4
cylinder on the Nurburgring for about 3 or 4 years) and still holds the record on Laguna Seca.
>"hur dur get a civic"
I feel like if GM had tried and really put a lot of effort like they're doing their Cadillacs they could've had a modern Civic Type R fighter.
Nobody thought Caddies would rival BMWs in performance but here we are.
>>14133749
Fwd
What else would you expect from garbage Gm
>>14133803
to be honest bmw dropped the ball.
>>14133749
Its RWD or AWD of its in the trim CTS4. As far as I know the V series is RWD but could come in AWD as well. Nice looking cars are second generation of them but I'm a GM fanboy.
>>14133643
Everyone just jumped on the british car hate bandwagon for this one
It's an excellent car actually, much better than some of the offerings at the time
>>14133643
>>14133752
the seville STS is second favorite to the Eldo.
I just wish all the remaining ones were niggified and trashed
>hurr dickwindows
>hurr korean
>slower than a mustang/camaro
>pigfat
>lolcantturn
Fuck you, I'm happy that we at least have another affordable RWD sports coupe to choose from. Competition is a good thing.
>>14133920
fuck off
>>14133869
Those sold fairly well, if they had curtain airbags as standard it would have been the first car to have 5-star crash rating across the range. Instead, they spent money on pic related
>>14133975
they were anyway completely fucked in terms of money, the sv was just for the lulz
>>14134003
They would have struggles to pass EU emissions regulations, but pouring money into that thing instead of a new 25 that might have actually made money was plain retarded
>>14133740
Where do you find one though
>>14133749
RWD only on the V.
>>14134025
used to see them all the time on cl about 4 years ago
>>14133710
these and
>MCL10 Sienna
>SXV10 Camry wagon
>Civic wagon
>2nd generation Caravan (before they became pigfat)
>>14133749
FWD, but some can be FWD.
>>14134020
They pouring fuckloads in the eventually unborn rdx60 which was to be the replacement for the 45,in fact the "future" 45 was done, they had the R30,but BMW bought the concept and everything, buying it back would have been a loss (the future 25 would have been licensed from some other manufacturer),and the emission things were solved from what I recall, altough they would have never had the money to replace the k-series.
They knew they were going bankrupt,so they just made the sv and the 75 v8 because fuck it
>>14134036
Damn, there's none on the market anymore : (
>>14134061
you had your chance
I don't care what you fuckers think. Prius a cute!
Kia forte koup
>>14133643
Late 90s Cadillacs were so great.
>>14134081
Genuine jelly that they aren't sold here.
>>14133975
>top gear never got the nos installed and took it back out on the track
>>14133643
Because twice the fun
>>14133749
>>14134035
>>14134041
CTS-V's are RWD. A standard CTS comes in either RWD or AWD. None of them have ever come in FWD (you are thinking of the STS)
>nobody liked these because waaa it's not RWD
>>14134136
Pretty sure the STS was RWD/AWD too.
>>14134139
>>nobody liked these because waaa it's not RWD
Same dealio with the GTV pretty much, would have ben so much more popular if it was RWD, but I like both of these cars regardless
The style needs to be a bit more distinct other than that it just looks like a slightly beefed up malibu
>>14133920
Fuck off alphonse
>>14134114
Aww yizzz, Turbo Chryslers are a fucking blast to drive and own. Extremely easy to work on, insane power with little work and money invested and in the case of the intercooled engines, extremely reliable.
Shame they're all FWD or it would have been the ultimate rice fighter, now it's just a Honda killer.
>tuning
>>14134139
>>14134152
>RWD
>Busso V6
>that styling
It would've been perfect.
>>14134037
What the fuck happened to 7 passenger minivans being ~3000lbs?
>>14134152
Looks like one of them stupid button eye hondas.
>>14134187
>It would've been more expensive than a Porsche
Fixed.
>>14134187
Honestly, it drives well as FWD as it is, as >>14134194 said, RWD would have pushed the price up
That V6 is just god like though, thee's not one sporty alpha I can say I dislike, same with any V6 alpha
>>14133704
Just wait untill it moves to the Alpha platform, it'll be even lighter, and probably get some more powerful engines too. Let's hope they make a sort of global Vauxhall/Holden/Chevy SS, also available as a wagon and a ute.
>>14133718
The wagon is more practical though, and where else can you get a 600+ hp manual wagon nowadays?
>>14133740
Looks good, doesn't perform that well though.
>>14134079
Prius is cool
>>14134194
No. A Sprint Zagato may have cost as much as a Porsche 911, and that was a limited run fancypants last hurrah of the 75. A RWD mass production GT would've priced competetively with a Cayman/Cockster.
>>14134208
I know they handle well as is in FWD form, but a RWD version would've been a petrolheads dream. The price wouldn't have been 10K more anyways - and Alfa's legendary depreciation would've hit anyways, making them as cheap as they are nowadays.
Iirc, the 159 and Spider had some V6's that were shit. GM engines if I'm not mistaken
>>14134220
the xt can if you chose to mod it, just like any 80's car
awd
turbo or 6
limited slip rear
4 wheel disk brakes
and 2600 lbs or so
>>14133969
Beautiful car, especially the back, when I saw it for the first time I thought it was a concept of some sort... I was a kid though
>>14133817
>>14133849
>>14134035
>>14134041
>>14134136
I like that we live in an age where it would take maybe a minute to google the answer to this question, yet no one seems to know the answer.
Also why do people who have no idea what the answer is feel the urge to chime in with their bullshit?
>>14134227
0 - 60 in about 3 days
Not the best looking car out there but it's still a great car.
Agreed. Untill dickwad pulled out in front of me and caused a total....
I'm not going to let a bunch of snapback-wearing vape-smoking douchebags make me dislike a car.
I don't even care, these things are cool.
>>14133643
I like the grill. Doesn't look good on all Lexus models, but I like it on some including this LS 460 F Sport. In general, I like how conservative and simple the LS is styled compared to the more ostentatious German cars.

Until the cylinder head falls the fuck off of the block. I've got a '97 Eldorado I'm trying to get rid of right now. I would love to put a Jasper engine in that sucker and drive it for another 300,000 miles, but a luxury coupe isn't the best family vehicle, and I have a wife and daughter now.
I'm replacing it with a "Fuck you I like it" of my own.
>pigfat
>poor handling

but fuck it i want one so bad. I love the look of these 90's grand tourers
