Cars can still leak quite a bit and it not leak it on the floor.

What does is smell like, oil or antifreeze? does it have a color, when do you typically notice it the most?

Probs atomized oil from a leak in a high pressure location. Basically when your engine is running, an oil fog fills the bay.

Unfortunately this is all I know and have no idea where it could be coming from.

What fluid is it wet with? Oil or anti-freeze?
