ITT: post very ugly cars
twingo posters gtfo
Juke? More like Nuke. The shit out of every single one of these things.
>>14127188
>tfw my mom drives one of those
It's not a special car in any way but it looks kinda cute from some angles and it's incredibly reliable.
Got over 230K km on it, only problems on it are a broken light on the instrument panel and a tear in the heat shield on the exhaust manifold heat shield that rattles a little at 2K RPM. Everything else works as new.
Meanwhile, I drive a Peugeot 205 that has less kilometers on it and is about the same age and literally everything is broken.
>>14127188
>>14127188
Good thing they fixed that for the '00 model, along with new engines.
The facelifted version actually is pretty good.
>I have one
>>14127188
Do not bully the rolla
>>14127188
toyotas are generally fuck ugly since 16 years
>>14127188
bugeye Corollas are pretty qt tho
>>14127188
I might buy this
>>14127430
what the fuck... is this real?
>>14127455
I can't decide which is uglier, that or the American version of the Corolla
Fuck you LongPost, in your heart you know it to be true
How on earth does one make such a bland car?
>>14129600
>he doesn't into ram-air
So much better than the Catfish.
Last one I saw was supercharged and it sounded soooo gud
HOLY FUCK
>>14130961
good car tbqh senpai desu
>>14130981
They were never the worst cars at all... still see quite a few of them around. Never the most comfortable, not fun to drive in any sense of the word but it was still a perfectly decent car
In other news
WHAT AM I?! WHY WAS I CREATED?
>>14130973
Probably one of the busiest car designs in the past 20 years. Maybe even 50.
>>14130998
The C7 is worse
And the pop-ups on the Firebird are the only thing that really puts it in the "too much" range. I like the hood scoops, they are just right for that car in a 90s muscle sort of way.
>>14130989
These are actually surprisingly capable offroaders, which makes them pretty good workhorses and/or winter beaters.
If you can get over the looks, that is.
Because HOLY FUCK ARE THESE THINGS UGLY.
>>14131026
I have one of the pickup-versions of those right outside my window as I am typing this... I can feel it staring at my Mercedes, jealous of its logical, neutral and non-retarded design
Also, on the subject of Mercedes design...
>>14131038
At least they gave it a makeover, the new model actually looks alright.
>>14131073
>Hey Kim-Hong Dau, do you think it would help the sales if our glorious cars were not made to look absolutely horrible
>I don't know, its worth a try
>>14131099
and then there's this glorious abomination
>>14131113
That Nissan looks like an Enzo compared to this putrid pile of shit
>>14131138
Funny thing, I was trying to decide between that Nissan or the Evoque.
Also we can't have one of these threads without the good ol' Aztek.
>>14131138
>>14131153
Nissan has made some... "interesting"... designs over the past few years
I know that the Micra is a cheap, small shitty car, but that still doesn't justify this
The new Impala sure looks nice, and at a great price too!
>>14131167
The fact that it was basically a Nascar car makes it kinda cool in my eyes.
But to the average chick, that thing is pretty ugly.
>>14131183
I think those are pretty qt, actually.
Now what the Italians, known for their beautiful designs, were thinking when they made this, I'll never understand...
>>14131187
Toasting better car
>>14131187
A bit bloated perhaps, but not an afront to my eyes
>>14131200
The Multipla, to me, looks like somebody dropped a Think City top onto an overgrown Twingo with downs...
>>14131215
It's funny how much actual Twingo headlights improve the thing.
>>14131288
Now we wait for people going "HURRR WHY WOULD ANYONE STANCE AN OLD SHITTY CAR LIKE THAT IT WILL SCRAPE ON A LEAF"
>>14129580
>not a notchback
>>14131038
proto-smart car
>>14131301
I wonder, did burgers ever get the DS?
>>14131315
I'm retarded. That pic is a US car with those headlights.
When did they actually sell Citroens in the US? It's like Alfas. They sold them, but I never actually see them.
>>14131315
Yup, sold for something like 15 years I believe, but only about 35 000, give or take a few thousand... they were not well received. It was damned expensive, lacked a lot of features and did not have a big, powerful engine. It was a car fully built to fit primarily the French market, and by extent the European market, hence why it didn't work out.
Also think they had some issues getting it approved due to fluids and headlights, but have no data on it
>>14131353
You should just screen-shot the Wikipedia article like I did. It was much easier.
>>14131343
Never lasted long... they would trade hands quickly, and due to the price drop collectors would either buy heaps of them and have them sitting around in barns, or European enthusiasts would have them shipped back to Europe.
They were also prone to failure, especially when talking about the hydropneumatic suspension which wore out quickly as fuck and would burst both "grenades" and tubes whenever it felt like it
>>14131370
>shipped back to Yurop
That's a crazy life. I wonder what % of them ended up there.
Just strange that people wouldn't restore old Citroens and Alfas more and cruise them like 60s American cars.
I think I have seen one old Alfa on the road in years. Talked to the dude and he races them. Some little roadster. He says they have a little Alfa club that does events at that racetrack in Wisconsin that is in Forza.
>>14131398
Also to add, my neighbor has one of those little MG roadsters sitting in his driveway for sale. I wonder how much it is.
>>14131398
Stigma I suppose, its following is a lot smaller and probably seen as a bit "quirky" in the US I suppose... fuck, even here its rare to have people who are genuinely interested in old frenchies
>>14131288
Not at all.
>>14130973
Tfw i daily an 02 ws6.
I thank the madman who designed this car everyday
>>14131759
Noice.
Back when I was like 14, dude I knew had a WS6. I have been in love with them ever since I saw him tear a whole in the asphalt with a crazy burnout.
>>14131770
Damn it must have been an epic burnout. Not many leave a year long last impression
>>14131780
Heh I see what you did there...
The supercharged one I saw was probably 6 months ago and I'm still drooling over that one.
>>14131215
i always loved the original Ford Ka. I actually liked the "new edge" thing. The original focus still one of my favourites designs ever.
>>14131038
The first A-class was ugly as fuck, but it's impressive how much interior space they got out of that little car. The shorter version was only 3575mm long after all.
>>14131200
