update

>get the red tube out in 10 seconds flat and thank him
>"next time you work in your engine bay make sure to glue or tape every tube you have to its nozzle"

Man, I know that tool you are talking about. When I was a kid, I think my dad had one that I would play around with.
It might be a medical tool. My mom works in the OR and brings me all sorts of sweet pliers and shit. Could be where the thing came from. Also unlimited garage rags.
