how do i make my car smell extremely fresh without black ice? its way too expensive where i live and it doesn't last

Black Ice really doesn't smell all that great it's just something you leave hanging from your mirror for the meme-value, although I think it's about to become passe - Black Ice was the ONLY variety of Little Tree they had at Walmart the other day.
Anyway if you want a non-car smell in your car just put on your cologne or whatever Axe garbage you wear in your car. The overspray will linger.

OP vacuum clean regularly, use a fabric freshener like fbreeze and air the car out.
If you spray the fabric freshener into the air vents it blows nice smelling air.

I was gifted these for my car and I kept them. Original smell is gone but you can put essential oil in them, it's very nice.
