i dd an 07. gas mileage is awful, I can get around 17 average combined if I'm really easy on the car but realistically I get about 13.5

Junkyard engines are a gamble, do it if you want. I'd recommend researching first though. Honda are kind of the gods of 4-cylinder engines, might be best just to stick with swapping a K-series motor or whatever the rage is these days.
